Recipe Steps

 

1.  6 pounds fish, preferably channel bass or red snapper, cut in pieces

2.  1 can tomato sauce

3.  2 cans tomato paste

Cook tomato sauce and paste with basic very thoroughly. Then add fish and cook slowly until done, stirring very gently in order not to break up the fish pieces. Serve with rice.
